I seen the exact same situation only a few months ago in another stock I own, share price was pushed down, they only filled 60% of the shares on offer, the rest were picked up by an investment company, 1.8 now at 3.4 less than 6 weeks later. Sell and buy back in at lower price if want to attempt to increase holdings, or just sit back and wait for the games to finish.
