I am getting the feeling that this legislation will get up. This does present a real and sizeable downer for CCV. They may try to be too smart in their tactics to minimise impact. They will make really good money this financial year, but this is likely to be overlooked as the market starts to focus on FY13 impacts and then seeks to wait and see what the reportd impacts are. The first sign of this is likely to be H1 FY13. A long time away. In the meantime I think this will hit 35 cents on legislation getting up and then drift to 25-30 cents whilst there is a buyers strike as we await to see what the new world holds for CCV.
