From the horses mouth: We have a number of Chinese parties talking to Duncan about a possible deal. JRV talks to Guang Ye every second day and vice versa so things are continuing along. Shareholders should know this.
The problem is we already have an MOU with Guang Ye. But if Guang Ye drags their heels can we jump to another company.
The answer should be YES I believe. The power in the MOU lies with JRV who can agree to lengthen the agreement if they believe Guang Ye is acting in there best intention. JRV holds the power over Guang Ye and should exercise it.
However if there was a playoff, well all's fair so let the best partner win. Guang ye should realize there is additional interest.
I will be talking to JRV today and strongly advising that this fact is mentioned in the Quarterly.
