charalambos your impressed by Conglin funding NTU? Why would he not? The Browns Range tenement just by itself could be worth many billions of dollars. So depending on if shareholders agree to sell NTU to Conglin he is about to own nearly 50% of NTU. Its a win win situation for Conglin while if the vote is yes - shareholders will fall from the current 80% ownership to around 50%. That's the instant cost of Conglin. I have little doubt Conglin will move to own 90% not long after (before October at the latest).
