Pardon me for responding to the troll, but...
GOOD GRIEF..!! You are making a whole load of total presumptions and guesses there. First, you put the word "believe" from Lynas's report in quotes, then you go on to say "Personally, I believe..."
I would think that Lynas have a lot more information on which to base a belief than you do. You provide absolutely NO reasoning for your presumptions and stirring.
Then you say, without any logic or reasoning again: "therefore additional funding is more than likely".
Do you just find it incomprehensible that Lynas might actually be right, when they announce that they believe that they can get teh LAMP finished pretty well on time, with production in the early part of 2012? Why is that so hard to believe?
I really have to wonder if you've actually read the IAEA report or you're just going on the NYT headlines.
