And the bit about the second half of 2012 was for FULL production. First production is to be in the first half of 2012.
What they say - in case you can't read - is that "commissioning completed by the end of 2011, with full production capacity of Phase 1 of the LAMP achieved by the START of the second half of 2012"
That's June/July - one year from now. And that is completed FULL production.
