Hi Zacanzaz,

Sorry, if I did not make myself clear with my previous posting.

My proposal was that I would be an Operations Manager on site at the Lorena project making it happen and as such get a salary for that role.

As a Director of the company also get the $30 to $40K per year for the part time Director role.

Having said my salary proposal would be a staged one that ensure shareholder value as well as long term incentives as the project and/or the share price reached certain technical gateways.

I have seen far too often, some project suffer huge financial pain from overpriced start up salaries that cripple the organization and provide no incentive to the person to do the right thing.
