With the overwhelming voting results of the EGM this is my view...

With the overwhelming voting results of the EGM this is my view for what now needs to happen - especially in light of the possible consultancy agreement Jones & Yates still has with Cbio - which MUST be cancelled immediately by the new board!!!!!

i) Vote against Dr Monsour being re -elected especially as Chairman. He is completely out of his depth and has been far to close to the "Nova/Jones & his cronies connections". The Lupus trials were on mice NOT dogs. TO GET THIS WRONG is completely unforgiveable - I just can't believe that. Refer to the ASX release dated 28th October "In CBio’s study, treatment of mice with XToll entirely prevented cutaneous lupus" - talk about "barking up the wrong tree!!!". I certainly hope he had nothing to do with the presentation papers for the 2011 ACR Annual Scientific Meeting held in Chicago – he may have spilt Pal Dog food over the papers!!!!

ii) Vote against Dr Ando being re- elected even though he is not up for re -election (not sure if this can be done however with the significant votes obtained at the EGM maybe this can happen). His directorship with Nova, connections with Jones and his cronies is NOT healthy in light of the shareholders interest and concerns. What has he done for Cbio to date besides nothing.(was he responsible for setting the dosing leaves for the recent Phase 11a trial - which was completely under dosed???) He is on the board of Cbio because of his so called "big d..k" in the Big Pharma circles. Cbio does not need him or his 'big d..k" to do any deal especially with Nova. It is so obvious (to me) that he is dead wood and needs to be voted out!!!!!

iii) Vote against Dr Peter Corr, again because of his connections with Jones and his Cronies. He is also on the Cbio board because of his so called 'big "d..k" in the Pharma circles. Was he also responsible for the under dosing of the recent Phase 11a trials???. He is definitely dead wood and needs to be voted out!!!!.

iv) Vote against Dr Terje Kalland again with his connections with Jones and his cronies. He apparently was the Nova connection (employee) that signed the Option Agreement on behalf of Nova and is now on the Cbio Board. Talk about a conflict of interest. He MUST be shown the door and told to LEAVE!!! . He is definitely dead wood and needs to be voted out!!!!.

v) Not sure about Dr Thomas Lonngren – he may be OK due to his connections with the EMEA – the new board needs to review this directorship.

vi) Vote in all the proposed new “Overseas Directors” – HAVE A FRESH NEW BOARD without any influence of Jones and his Cronies and Nova – they all need to be “p...ed off” immediately.
