Definitely buying to support the share price ahead of a raise - most likely heavily discounted and with a generous option.
Maybe some extra 3Y's will surface when this happens as well one would think?
In the meantime, the board have many, many questions they need to answer and be accountable for as per many, many of the posts here. It's a disgrace.
As for ASIC, they are little more than useless and incompetant to boot.
