In fact LIT's "L-max" competitor (sileach) mica processing tech seems to have been abandoned entirely with no mention of it in years now after failing to get momentum for their third "pilot plant" (a 5k tpa plant for which their goal was to break even ). Probably why they wanted to TO our tech. This is why old alliances/agreements they did have with mica in Oz have fallen away as the tech has not developed and they have failed/are failing to hit their necessary milestones.

no need to mention them here as they are not at all an equivalent to us. Further we have had agreements here in Oz, but we are looking to process overseas so Australian alliances make little sense right now (pretty sure the feasibility study for p1 location found transport costs from WA to be disqualifying)
