I was curious to understand what the deal with DFC is about. Looks like its a US government fund to help drive US foreign policy. Makes me wonder if this investment means that potential offtake partners WONT be Chinese, but rather US companies? Otherwise why would US Govt. invest in the Karibib project? Hard to say how material this is without understanding the value of the debt finance provided by DFC.
