Dont want to squash your enthusiasm but only if it is the case that the method of conversion of fly ash to propellant uses less carbon than the other methods of production currently used. ie the use of fly ash to make bricks uses less power or creates less ghg as compared to traditional clay bricks. I don't know enough about LWP's tech to comment on whether this is the case. probably less than ceramic and resin coated ceramic, probably more than resin coated sand and sand.
