94 million, for 15%
BPT "hostile farmin" to Icon portion of Napamerri 20% (40% of 855)
-1.75 mill payment to BPT, plus 16 mill free carry...
so, BPT pays roughly 15 million for 20% from Icon
Your right, they are miles appart, well, millions anyway
