I don't know gassed, ICN definitely need BPT to make anything happen. Nobody wants to sink more $$$ into this company anymore, especially me. I still have shares at 30c from the last CR lol.
So I am not sure where ICN plans to get the money from, given their insane cash burn at the moment, and not much left in the bank!!! How many years left until GSA delivery is due?? Hmm... I didn't think we would have 12 months to sit on our hands and wait for BPT!
