Hey I just wanna say this Keys price plunge, although real, is not a good example.... reason being....
A long legal battle has gone on for years involving the whole developmnt, resulting in what could be said to be not a typical example of the price bubble birst that is, of course , real.....
I'm not blowin smoke up any where just saying there are contributing factors to the drop...
