The blackout occurred at 16:18 Market Time (15:48 Adelaide Time). IMO, starting restoration just over an hour later at 17:23 is quite impressive, as it cannot commence until the condition of all plant along the initial restoration path is known. The control centre logs would have been clogged with alarms, status changes and other advisories, making it difficult to know what plant had tripped due to a permanent fault like tower down.
Thumbs up to the AEMO and SA operations staff.
