More analysis, including some voltage plots that help to show voltage depression and instability before separation and System Black.  I would like to have seen:

1. a plot of reactive power (MVar) on the Heywood to South East Lines (MW on the interconnector is only part of the flow);
2.  Para and South East SVC outputs;
3. a table of all out of service thermal generation, its total output, and whether it was available for service (this would help to determine whether it was reasonable for only 330 MW of steam to be running at the time under the conditions).

Why post this?  Because knowing whether operational measures could have avoided System Black has a bearing on sentiment and projected lithium consumption.
