    We have today telephoned Duncan Gordon of Adelaide Equities - 08 82328800. He is the investor relations contact for FMS.

    In our opinion, certain disappointing inferrences were made including that previously shareholders were free to sell at 29c. I suggest all shareholders pick up the phone and call Duncan and ask him to clarify your concerns.
