These cloths are an OBJ product. Like BodyGuard, we own the end product, so there will be a whole different regime of payments (as compared to with P&G).

We've had some very, very constructive meetings with major distributors. This is moving very fast. Somebody is going to grab this and want to own this.

This is low risk, no biological testing needed. this could happen any day.

Speaking about surface hygiene.

• Somebody might give us an upfront payment to hold the technology for them (meaning stopping OBJ from talking with any other prospective partners. Seem to recall $1.5M mentioned.)
