Looking to possibly move to Adelaide next year and am starting to think about houses (not sure whether to rent or buy because will only be gone from Perth for 2-3 years). Wondering if any locals can give me an idea of the suburbs to avoid renting or buying in. Would ask an agent, but tend not to trust them. lol.
