The only time I visited the Adelaide Zoo, my wife and I were standing in front of on of those pathetically small enclosures saying how cruel it was to have a largeish chimpanzee in there by him(her)self when they are such family-oriented creatures.
Suddenly the chimp went apesh~t, picked up a handful of the same and hurled it over our heads smack into the side of the head of a keeper !!
Turned out it was the chimp keeper who apparently was not the flavour of the month with the chimp.
Most exciting thing I've ever seen happen in Adelaide........
Not sure whether the chimp picked that up from the locals or not, but suggest big-leb be very..very ..careful......it's a scarey place.
