Hi @ad0, at this stage they've probably raised something around $1.01M (i.e. $650k Tranche 1 + $360k SPP) before subtracting costs.
The remaining $450k (Tranche 2) & also the issue of placement & SPP options will depend on voting outcomes at the general meeting on the 29/04.
The size & shape of the Shortfall placement (future) will also become clearer after the GM voting results are announced.
