This is a 2007 report from DPI. Note drilling recently done was fpor alluvial gold, down to only 48 mettes and downstream from where Adelong creek meets the Murrumbidgee.

I have orientated this map to correlate with the usual North (to the top)

I have placed the 3D resources map below, with same orientation. Gives you an idea of the old mining areas and the current challenger/extended mine.



I am pretty sure that the challenger mine is located at 9/10 on the old map.

Anyway, food for thought.
