we all know it..
my belief is that the military are best placed to handle these scenarios not the court of public opinion
look what the PLA are doing to all their adversaries in the SC Sea ..
this is normal behaviour for the PLA and fits perfectly with their 'grey zone disruption' tactics
it should be treated as 'business as usual'
