    Super retail group, along with Chemist Warehouse and Priceline are witholding rent payments. They're suggesting rents change to 5% of sales for a store, with rental payments deferred until September. The list of retailers jumping on board is growing.

    This is in contract to Vicinity, who sent notices to some tenants saying they breached tenancy agreements by closing shops.

    I can't see commercial landlords winning this one...
