All I know is that this stock is illiquid and is only run by institutional investors. 99% of the trades are bots. Large holders seem to be happy holding although sitting in considerable paper losses. Trent Peterson is a director who has an interest in the 2 largest shareholders (the 2 Catalyst Buyout Funds each with 14.5% holding). He just recently purchase more shares on market. So who knows what this guy's strategy is to exit ADR but ain't selling. Takeover maybe?.
