Johnnycrash, I appreciate the TOU you sent in. It's all good. No one need get too worried about being moderated....mods only get upset at people who continually and deliberately break the rules.....

....in regards to your moderated post I was not implying that you will necessarily be wrong....however your suggested target was lofty but you are quite free to make such grand claims if you can support your claim with some FA or TA....or some reasonable argument. In regards to unlicenced advice I do not believe that was your intent but for legal reasons we need to be careful asto how we word things.

"I believe in my opinion we should hold FNT because I believe that the market won't get much worse" is ok but "hang onto you FNT because the market won't get any worse" has the potential to turn around and bite you so we remove posts like that to protect you as much as anything else.
