    very interesting as is quite contradictory to their recent announcements & pressos where the timetable has both strategic partner & conventions ratified to be done by end Q2 2011. Now it appears that the conventions won't happen until after a strategic partner is secured...wonder why they can't get the conventions ratified until after the strategic partner is secured?
