Assuming everything is equal on the items under de-risking of the Project, the "Mining License or Permit" overrides everything.....

BTW, has the Project got the Environmental Impact Assesment done yet? Has the Project got the Environmental Permit to wreck the earth's surface yet?

And, are the areas of the IO mining leases and tenements (both in Cameroon and Congo) got this "free-against Forestry Reserve Applications" or available for "Logging Concessions to be awarded" later??? .... Remember most of those areas are thick forested areas with lots of timber at the table.

We are busy trying to figure out the source(s) of $$$ to fund the CAPEX for this whole SDL Project...BUT, without the above licenses and permits, and the guarantee of such pre-requisites to build a Mine, then the Capital is not going to come in.

It's going to be hard to get that valuable $$$ to pour it in into the Project.

That's my serious take on our SDL IO Project in West Africa.
