Adherium receives US FDA 510k OTC clearance, page-32

I waited for the dust to settle a little after the reg approval announcement before commenting. It was an anticipated result but there was, IMO, a slightly bigger uptick in price than I expected. Is this the price they want before a CR? I don't know. However, a mkt cap of a little over $30m is still pretty cheap. If I had to place a bet on the timing of a CR I'd say mgt will wait a little while. I think they will try to execute more on the sales and marketing strategy (as far as the current cash will safely take them) before going back to the market before money. But, and there is always a "but", If the price continues upwards then they might pull the CR trigger a bit earlier. I don't get too worried about that because it appears to me the mgt are getting the job done. GLTA

PS It might have been a good strategy to follow the Directors with a small top-up (if one had the $ to do so)
