So ARQ, which effectively controls ADI, set it up as their "high risk" exploraton arm.
Why didn't ARQ own it 100%? ARQ has cash to burn.
Look at the way ARQ shareholders are benefitting (not) while ADI has jumped from 30c to 80c...
ARQ has fallen from $1.60 to $1.52.
adi .. just great for arq shareholders
