Sugarloaf looking good - at least 4 brokers recommending ARC as a buy and none as holds or sells (that I know of)- recent development wells highly successful and will quickly allow increased production, large exploration program about to start, oil price stable at ~ $60, cash on hand $50m +. You would think all of the conditions were in place to easily retest $1.90 highs. Here we go, here we go.....
