ADI on the back burner, page-26

McE - FYI - the federal court can order ASX to lift the suspension sooner. Has happened with a few other ASX listed companies when those companies have had to ask the Federal Court to intervene in matters against ASX. Then hearings continue. I do have a list of similar occurrences but am searching at present for posts re ADI as one poster/some posters (now on ignore) is/are contradicting themselves in relation to other past findings - given his/her change in sentiment.
