Yes will look again over the weekend/or early next week - an ISX HC poster had mentioned and listed 3 (+/-1) other companies in the past (months ago). The 3 companies had sought court intervention to have suspensions lifted. My post above doesn't actually say the court ordered the lifting of the suspensions in those cases - however, during the hearing or mediation, it is or could be, as you suggest - ASX probably did voluntarily agree to lift the suspension for those 3 companies. I haven't had time to search for that particular post and am not inclined to do so tonight.

I was simply interested. You stated that there are examples of companies and I thought wow, must have missed those and was interested in looking at those cases. As a non holder, I have no skin in the game and don't really care if they go to $10 or never trade again.
