Henry the SPT with a drop in the company tax rate and state royalties being thrown out. The governments Super profits tax did not have this. Alot of what henry introduced in his tax review I think was decent enough. I hope whoever replaces him can better control both of those rabbles in parliment though...or at least...tell them you can't pick and choose.

Running a country is different to a business...we don't always have to hear that every time we pay someone out!
