This CHM case is pure opportunism, to the timing of the lodgement right down to the characters they report to represent. Benny Alias as a director. Good Grief. And Good speaker.

Its all backfired on them now and watch this thing get dragged through court for years and years and watch the rampers slowly go away. As CHM slides into oblivion.
