Metal Storm Shareholders
Metal Storm Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (Formerly listed on the ASX - "MST")
Messrs Adam Shepard and Adam Farnsworth were appointed Deed Administrators of Metal Storm Limited ("the Company") on 22 November 2012 having previously been appointed Voluntary Administrators on 26 July 2012. Mr Farnsworth ceased as Deed Administrator of the Company on 11 September 2013.
The Company was delisted from the ASX on 30 August 2013.

Shareholders are advised that they are not able to claim capital losses on their investments unless the external administrator provides notice that they have reasonable grounds to believe that there is no likelihood that the shareholders would receive any distribution from their shares. This notice has not yet been provided.
A creditors meeting pursuant to Section 445F of the Corporations Act 2001 was convened however has been adjourned a number of times. At the last creditors meeting held on 19 December 2013, the creditors resolved to further adjourn the meeting to 24 February 2014.
On 30 September 2013, the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") issued a relief instrument in relation to the Company's financial reporting obligations for the year ended 30 June 2013. The relief instrument was revoked and re-issued on 1 October 2013. On 12 November 2013, ASIC also granted an extension in relation to the Company's annual general meeting obligations.
