Does anyone have some insights whether a DOCA will be proposed and under what terms and conditions? Any rumours floating around? A DOCA combined with a capital raise could right size this company.

How many remaining employees are there?

An award winning company with FDA certified hearing aid buds ending up in this mess.

They had good product development, just no strategy to properly sell the products as well as lever their technology.

Management and the board really blew it.
