notthing more frustrating for customers then new sales reps turning up each time. it breaks the trust and relationship...a number of their peers appear to execute his aspect extremly well like Cryolife a source of conpetitve advantage imo which ultimately give good return on shareholders.you might have besr product on market however people buy from people ultimately might explaing poor sales in some regions like europe, highlighted in their investor presentation etc
