I think the options are important here. Wayne has a lot of reasons now to be non dilutive and grow the SP. It’s no coincidence that the options coincided with a real improvement in the fundamentals. It definitely feels different.
I think Wayne would have wanted the name change. I am surprised it has not happened sooner.
I doubt the prospective partner (S) would have wanted the consolidation. More likely advantageous for attracting funds. I think the consolidation will ultimately be great for us.
