The next IF required CR will be derived from insto's as the company will have Buckley's of generating meaningful capital from small share holders IMHO and therefore the one of the only ways of guaranteeing there required capital. I will accumulate in small parcels till Q3. Be greedy when others are fearful! Good luck to all.
