As HNC have half the JV all administrator can do is ell CMR's share

Normally HNC would take over as manager,if they want to.

DOCA might be proposed to convert debt to equity and refloat but doubt any value other than a token gesture to keep shareholder spread and maintain listed vehicle.

You don't need me to tell you does not look good, sorry to all that tore up their hard earned!
