i don't believe its in direct relation to cap raising, that would of accounted for the drop from high 20's to high teens but not the recnt drop below 15cents.

imo thats due to rumour and scared holders, and or those holders whom simply didn't like what they read in the last ann.

The last ann was the companies effort at stemming the SP decline and addressing rumours however it seems some holders weren't convinced. If the last ann was true and correct then this should bounce back post september quarterly. Only time and progression will see that happen.
