i don't think the SP performance will have a bearing on this going into admin.

administration would hinge on two things, 1. lack of gold ore, or 2. lack of funds/inability to raise extra funds.

if they need money and can raise the full amount required then it doesn't matter if they raise it at 8cents or 80cents providing they can raise it they will avoid administration.

p.s I am well aware of the dilution factor being significantly different at 8 v 80c. My answer is in direct relation to the question of solvency.
