Gee- bit of a sad story- but I guess writing on wall when proper research done into who/how companies are run. Feel for people that put their businesses into these situations that dont have leaders that fight for them: but guess that's a case of once bitten, twice bitten.

For all the staff that work in sales, remember there are companies out there that can help you through this that have true leaders that make sure you get paid each friday and have a business to work in.
