Zaaro, As I have said before IMC's loan was conditional upon ASX giving an indication that they would relist the company. They may increase their shareholding and I wouln't be supprised if when the company relisted there is not a share issue to IMC to buy some of there resources assets, i.e. if still owned the unicorprated JV as below.
