of PTN Management to dilute the assets
with sharholder approval will be very limited
The only way IMO to achieve full value
to investors is to liquidate the assets and return
the funds to shareholders
Existing PTN Mangement should not be left in control
it is necessary for shareholders to form
an action Group NOW
