i am an investor...i must admit i am at a bit of a loss as to what has happened and how it happened, I guess we all are... i guess I and all other investors want to know is what are our options ? appointing people to act on our interests is a good start, but how do you start, my investor guy not returning my emails..surprise surprise.. is there a body that can be approached to act on our behalf ? i see the previous owner is involved as well, who does he represent ? maybe he can advise if he is in the same situation ?
