thanks for replay, can you tell me what the RE exactly is ? and does anyone know how control can be taken away, does this involve some form of legal court injunction ?

if control is taken away who would it go to ? I can see how confusing this is, and how difficult it is for unit holders to actually come together in a forum to make these things happen...hence is there a body that can act on the unit holders behalf ? relay information, and monitor the recievership process in the interest of the unit holders ?

surely someone out there who is a unit holder would have some experience in this situation
