Why is there is so much criticism of
@tt2000 for seeking to procure compliance with the law and hold people to account? Why is there
any such criticism?
The HC punters who need to reassess are those who think this stuff is all fine, and/or that as the horse has bolted it's not worth doing anything, and/or that the administrators or ASIC will take all appropriate steps to deal with this matter without any prompting. Because, this sort of conduct
isn't fine, and if everyone took the attitude that once the money's gone the sleeping dogs should be allowed to lie, the dogs would feel even more free to (for example) release announcements about "unconditional agreements" which are anything but.
From where I'm standing, it seems that what you all
should be doing is profusely thanking
@tt2000 for not taking this lying down.
